A strong pack of Lomong, Lagat (yes, Bernard!), Tyler Pennel and more have caught Mayo at 5k.

With just 21 minutes on the clock, there's still a lot of racing to be done in the women's race but Ali has put quite a gap on Hall and Bruce.

Mayo continues to lead the men's race but a large pack still stalks.
